What you'll do

• Assist with recording ledger transactions and preparing trial balances and simple financial statements
• reconcile accounts to control accounts
• compute accruals and depreciation
• assist with audit or review procedures
• help prepare payroll, sales, local, and certain personal income tax returns
• perform other accounting, auditing, and tax duties as assigned
• compile workpapers and accounting reports for audits.
