The Travel Physical Therapist (PT) role is an onsite position located in Lake Ridge, VA. Compensation is $2,219 to $2,419 per week, supporting the Skilled Nursing Facility department at Jackson Therapy Partners. This role exists to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

What you'll do

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide exercises and therapy to improve strength and movement.
• Help patients recover from injuries, surgery, or illness.
• Reduce pain and improve physical function.
• Teach patients exercises and home care techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient care and therapy outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
