What you'll do

• Solicit residential real estate and new-construction loans
• interview and pre-qualify borrowers
• analyze financial information and explain mortgage options
• build internal and external referral pipelines
• price originations appropriately
• develop relationships with real estate brokers and builders
• coordinate documentation with loan operations
• follow up on missing documents
• attend or conduct loan closings
• represent the bank in community organizations and events.
