Center Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the center team toward sales goals and key performance indicators
• implement strategies to grow sales and profitability
• manage labor and product costs
• maintain service standards and address guest feedback
• recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates
• coach and motivate team members
• enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership.
