What you'll do

• Provide short-term, clinically informed case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, resources, and referrals
• conduct intakes and needs assessments
• connect participants with community-based providers and facilitate warm handoffs when feasible
• coordinate with court stakeholders and service partners
• attend court and help participants navigate appearances
• provide court updates and maintain case records and database documentation
• facilitate brief educational sessions for emerging adults.
