What you'll do

• Map customer clinical and administrative workflows
• draft functional and technical specifications
• partner with Product and Engineering to validate and prioritize requirements
• develop implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• lead cross-functional launch teams and coordinate stakeholders
• create and refine launch playbooks and templates
• identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• build and maintain internal Retool applications
• facilitate go-live hypercare
• track issue-resolution service-level agreements and adoption metrics.
