What you'll do

• Lead estate and trust tax planning, compliance, and fiduciary oversight
• prepare and review federal and state estate, gift, and trust returns
• advise clients on trust structures and tax implications
• conduct legal and tax research
• collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and wealth professionals
• manage WIP, ERTC/EROS, aged receivables, and billing
• mentor staff and improve practice processes.
