What you'll do

• Lead daily operations for the assigned shift
• coach and counsel housekeeping and laundry personnel
• coordinate room issues and arrivals with Front Office and Maintenance
• ensure laundry supplies are ready
• investigate guest issues and take corrective action
• support large turn days
• assist with cleaning when needed
• help train, schedule and motivate staff
• maintain inventory
• support safety training
• inspect and clean public areas and check rooms daily.
