What you'll do

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate training events
• research, evaluate, and develop training materials in varied formats
• plan and facilitate development events and order supplies
• create communications about training opportunities
• manage the center budget, expenditures, revenue activity, facilities, equipment, and assets
• evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and reports
• maintain an annual master training calendar
• market the center and its classes
• welcome visitors and present Youth Ranches services through appearances as required or requested.
