What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager in assigning, directing, and following up on team activities
• carry out opening and closing procedures
• train and coach team members on food safety, company procedures, and cash controls
• monitor product quality, guest satisfaction, food preparation, labor usage, inventory, scheduling, and operational systems
• support compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
