What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to supervisors and incoming personnel.
