Collision Center Manager

The Collision Center Manager role is onsite in Sarasota, FL. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. The position leads Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota’s high-volume collision center, an I-CAR Gold facility with multiple OEM certifications. The manager is responsible for the center’s daily operations and team, balancing repair quality, customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and profitability. The role also supports growth through strong insurance relationships, staff development, and compliance with manufacturer, insurance, and industry requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily collision center operations
• manage technicians, estimators, production staff, and administrative personnel
• oversee workflow from estimate through vehicle delivery
• monitor repair orders, supplements, parts, labor, gross profit, accounts receivable, and cycle time
• maintain insurer and adjuster relationships
• ensure safe, accurate repairs following OEM procedures
• recruit, train, coach, and develop staff
• maintain a clean and safe facility
• ensure compliance
• identify opportunities to grow volume and market share.
