The Executive Director role is onsite in Leesburg, VA. Compensation is $120,000–$135,000 per year. Morningside Elite Management operates senior living communities providing assisted living, memory care, and respite care, with a focus on resident dignity, connection, and quality of life. The Executive Director leads community operations and is accountable for resident services, financial performance, team development, sales and marketing, regulatory compliance, and community culture. The role aligns daily operations with resident needs and company goals while supporting residents, families, associates, and community partners.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day community operations, resident services, staffing, programming, housekeeping, and the physical environment
• lead resident and family engagement
• oversee admissions, service plans, healthcare coordination, and care management
• manage operating and capital budgets and performance
• recruit, develop, and retain staff
• drive occupancy and referral relationships
• ensure regulatory compliance, records, and licensing
• and lead emergency preparedness, safety, and quality improvement.
