What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• monitor and document behavioral, emotional, and physical changes
• assist with range-of-motion exercises and transfers
• administer medication according to training and protocols
• use de-escalation and redirection
• maintain a clean, safe, structured environment
• complete shift notes and incident reports
• collaborate on individualized care plans.
