What you'll do

• Serve as interim Business Office Manager at skilled nursing facilities
• travel between facilities to support business-office operations and revenue-cycle management
• train and mentor business-office managers
• assist with Washington Medicaid applications and eligibility
• monitor Medicaid Pending accounts
• coordinate documentation
• support billing, accounts receivable, collections, and month-end close
• assist with resident trust accounting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance
• maintain records and internal controls.
