Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager — Electrical Construction

The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager role is onsite in Atlanta, GA. Annual compensation is $110,000–$160,000. The role supports Ace Electric’s electrical construction and design projects across markets including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and institutional work. The manager leads BIM execution for complex electrical projects, maintaining modeling standards and coordinating project teams. Through model oversight, clash resolution, constructability reviews, and digital delivery, the role helps project teams meet client requirements and execution goals.

What you'll do

• Lead BIM execution for complex electrical projects
• develop and manage project BIM Execution Plans
• oversee model setup, health, and standards compliance
• support constructability analysis
• direct clash detection and issue resolution
• manage Revit templates, families, standards, and libraries
• supervise and mentor BIM staff
• lead coordination meetings
• conduct model QA/QC
• support field installation teams and process improvements.
