This Level 2 technical application support role helps clients use defi’s auto loan origination and servicing products. By analyzing and resolving application issues, managing cases against service-level expectations, and sharing client feedback, the analyst supports reliable software service and product improvement.

What you'll do

• Review client configurations and business processes
• analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues
• triage cases and determine priority and resolution path
• identify product-experience improvements
• communicate with internal stakeholders
• escalate urgent client requests
• develop or coordinate solutions
• manage cases to meet internal and client SLAs
• support software QA testing and validation.
