What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on an assigned shift
• act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers
• supervise staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range
• prepare written reports and logs
• handle common and crisis situations calmly
• provide customer service and communicate with personnel and the public.
