What you'll do

• Use a Hoyer lift for client transfers
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• maintain visit and care documentation.
