What you'll do

  • Offer emotional support, mentorship, and hope grounded in shared lived experience
  • assist with recovery planning, coping skills, and community living strategies
  • help clients access mental health, substance use, peer support, and basic-needs services
  • support families, friends, and caregivers through validation and education
  • collaborate with clinical staff to monitor symptoms and inform treatment goals
  • advocate for client preferences and dignity.
