Project Superintendent — Cedar Rapids

What you'll do

• Follow company and client safety policies
• assist with material acquisition and project scheduling
• provide leadership and guidance to field staff
• support supervisor and technician meetings and training
• collaborate with project managers, estimators, and sales to meet codes, standards, and customer expectations
• coordinate resources and schedules with the master scheduler
• conduct quality site walks
• organize job-site resources
• develop technical training, SOPs, and work instructions
• support project efficiency, metrics, and continuous improvement. The role is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel (5%) and travel as required.
