Reconstruction Estimator / Project Manager

The Reconstruction Estimator / Project Manager role is onsite in Pewaukee, WI, with compensation of $80,000–$100,000 per year. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours or emergency response as needed. SERVPRO of Pewaukee & Sussex manages reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage losses. The role estimates repairs and manages reconstruction projects from inspection through completion. It coordinates subcontractors, vendors, materials, and crews while monitoring budgets, schedules, quality, and customer communication.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and develop reconstruction estimates
• create scopes of work for residential and commercial projects
• prepare and manage estimates using Xactimate and related software
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and crews
• manage projects from start to completion
• monitor budgets, schedules, and quality
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff
• ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
• conduct jobsite inspections and quality checks
• manage change orders, supplements, and documentation
• resolve customer concerns
• maintain records, photos, and project files.
