Director, Digital Experience

The Director, Digital Experience role is hybrid, with onsite expectations three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, at Freshworks’ San Mateo, CA headquarters. The annual base salary range is $210,000–$265,000. Freshworks builds service software for customer and employee experiences. The director leads the website experience roadmap and the designers and program managers responsible for delivery. What you'll do

• Set the web roadmap using customer needs and performance data
• align web priorities with marketing partners
• manage request intake and sprint delivery
• run Scrum ceremonies with design and engineering
• manage and coach designers and program managers
• oversee CMS and publishing operations, release approvals, and user acceptance testing
• review experiments and website performance
• test AI-assisted workflows with human review and data safeguards.
