Lead Electrical Wirer – Switchgear

What you'll do

• Assemble switchgear panels, control cabinets, and related assemblies from engineering drawings and specifications
• wire and connect electrical components according to schematics
• perform continuity and functional tests
• troubleshoot and correct wiring issues
• ensure compliance with quality standards, electrical codes, industry specifications, and safety protocols
• interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• assist with interviewing and training assemblers
• document wiring modifications and resolutions
• collaborate with engineering, production management, and quality control
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area. Occasional overtime or shift adjustments may be needed.
