What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives

• develop training, job aids, standard operating procedures, workflows, and support materials
• contribute to playbooks, handbooks, checklists, and departmental guides
• lead cross-functional work groups
• use complex data to inform recommendations
• travel 20–25% based on projects and business needs.
