What you'll do

• Support a safe and positive residence hall culture
• guide students on habits, behavior, and personal goals
• refer students to counseling or health services when appropriate
• oversee dorm government and peer court
• plan and supervise recreation and outings
• provide transportation for approved needs
• prepare reports, pass lists, evaluations, and correspondence
• inspect rooms and common areas
• maintain student files
• facilitate scheduled group sessions and dorm meetings
• collaborate with teams to assess student progress
• safeguard students and property and model safety practices.
