What you'll do

• Lead the Edifecs application support organization
• oversee staffing and roadmap execution
• configure and maintain Edifecs modules
• guide EDI analysts on processing rules, routing, and batch workflows
• troubleshoot mapping, validation, and performance issues
• support releases, patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes
• collaborate with product, architecture, vendor, business, DevSecOps, cloud, and security teams.
