What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop instructors and Studio Leads
• manage daily studio operations, class and staffing schedules, facility standards, and client concerns
• monitor memberships, utilization, retention, payroll, revenue, and expenses
• analyze KPIs and implement action plans
• build community partnerships
• monitor financial performance and provide business updates to ownership
• complete instructor training and teach an average of 6–8 classes per week.
