What you'll do

• Conduct maternal, infant, and feeding assessments
• develop and update individualized feeding plans with mothers
• provide evidence-based breastfeeding education and counseling
• coordinate care and follow-up with physicians, providers, and community resources
• maintain clinical standards and accurate documentation and billing.

Why this role

Requires current IBCLC certification in good standing, graduation from a Pathway 2 Accredited Lactation Academic Program, and outpatient lactation experience; travel between COPA clinics, business office, and lab is required.
