What you'll do

• Manage yard and warehouse operations, inventory, and customer service
• supervise a subordinate supervisor and other associates
• hire, train, motivate, supervise, and schedule yard personnel
• monitor sales, gross profit, inventory, and staffing goals
• oversee merchandise unloading, order accuracy, deliveries, pickups, returns, truck and forklift maintenance, yard layout, housekeeping, safety, and security
• open and close the yard/store and fill in for management as needed.
