Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone and in person
• resolve or escalate inquiries and complaints
• process counter transactions and payments
• update customer records and accounts
• assist with billing inquiries or light collections as assigned
• coordinate gas or water service needs and determine whether requests fall within company scope
• manage parts inventory
• complete paperwork accurately
• attend safety meetings and training.
