The Mental Health Technician, Residential Care, 12-Hour Shifts role is onsite in Wheeling, WV, with compensation of $14.00–$15.00 per hour; weekend shifts pay $21.00–$22.50 per hour. Crittenton Services provides specialized residential care for pregnant and parenting female adolescents. The technician provides direct care and general supervision to adolescent clients and their infants or toddlers, supporting daily living skills, safety, and positive parenting. The role helps maintain a trauma-informed behavioral health environment and supports clients’ development and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care and general supervision to female clients ages 12–20 and, when needed, care for infants and toddlers.
• Help clients develop basic living skills, supervise approved phone calls, and accompany clients on outings and activities as assigned.
• Drive a company vehicle to transport clients as needed and attend agency training, including CPR/first aid, food handler, and trauma-informed training.
