The work spans grounds maintenance, light construction, cleaning, and basic trade support to keep sites and equipment in good condition.

What you'll do

• Maintain green areas and perform light construction, cleaning, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• support special activities
• work in field areas belonging to Para la Naturaleza in eastern Puerto Rico
• drive vehicles as needed.

Why this role

Requires completion of accredited high school. A year of experience in grounds maintenance or other trades is preferred. A valid driver's license is required; heavy-equipment license 8 or 9 is preferred. Availability for holidays, weekends, extended or rotating hours, and travel within Puerto Rico is required.
