What you'll do

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs and verify guest identity
• respond to guest requests
• secure payments and adjust billing as needed
• provide hotel information and directions
• process the night audit and daily reports
• complete cashier and closing reports
• record wake-up calls
• protect guest and company information
• report emergencies, lost items, theft, maintenance issues, and safety hazards
• keep doors locked overnight and clean and organize front desk and lobby areas when quiet.
