What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and conveyor plates
• operate and maintain dish machines and monitor water temperature and chemical levels
• keep dish stations, prep areas, floors, and storage clean and organized
• remove trash, recycling, and compost
• help receive and store deliveries and support basic prep when needed
• follow food safety and chemical-handling guidelines
• assist with opening, closing, and deep cleaning
• report equipment or supply issues.
