What you'll do

• Oversee front-of-house staffing, scheduling, and service execution
• collaborate with kitchen and management teams
• recruit, train, coach, and manage staff performance
• ensure safety, sanitation, and health regulations are followed
• manage vendor relationships and cost controls
• uphold brand standards and procedures
• maintain cleanliness
• work toward a minimum Grade A (95+) health inspection score
• and maintain Serve Safe certification.
