What you'll do

• Complete maintenance, repair, and installation work orders
• perform electrical repairs, drywall repair and installation, painting and staining, and exterior maintenance
• troubleshoot lighting systems
• maintain a clean, safe, professional job site
• communicate with property managers and HOA clients
• manage time and complete work accurately
• participate in an on-call rotation.
