The Hospital Housekeeper role is onsite at Hialeah Hospital in Hialeah, FL. The schedule is Monday–Friday and every other weekend, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports the healthcare facility’s Environmental Services team and helps maintain a safe, clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The housekeeper cleans and disinfects patient rooms and shared areas, follows infection-control and safety protocols, and responds to special cleaning requests. Consistent environmental services support cleanliness, sanitation, and patient care operations.

What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and public areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• remove trash and soiled linens
• monitor and restock cleaning supplies
• follow safety protocols and use PPE
• maintain cleaning equipment
• provide respectful service to patients, visitors, and staff
• respond to special cleaning requests
• report cleanliness concerns and safety hazards
• follow facility policies and infection prevention protocols.
