What you'll do

• Repair and maintain lighting, outlets, plumbing, flooring, roofing, and other building components
• operate and test electronic systems
• operate HVAC controls and perform filter changes and equipment cleaning
• complete corrective and preventive maintenance work orders
• maintain mechanical rooms and supplies
• assist with equipment installation and other trades
• perform event setups and take-downs
• respond to on-call emergency repairs.
