What you'll do

• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• coach technicians and leads
• develop and enforce standard operating procedures
• improve throughput, vehicle uptime, and repeatability using data and root-cause analysis
• ensure tools, equipment, parts, and facilities are ready
• uphold environmental, health, and safety and 5S standards
• track fleet-readiness, quality, and downtime metrics
• coordinate with Engineering, Test, Facilities, and Operations
• oversee complex maintenance and configuration changes
• communicate operational risks and constraints to leadership.
