What you'll do

• Provide companionship and participate in client activity plans
• assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• follow care plans and maintain records
• communicate concerns to nurses and supervisors
• provide medication reminders and basic meal preparation
• perform light housekeeping
• assist with transfers, mobility, and transportation to appointments and outings.
