The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families through partnerships with retail locations and attractions. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team development, sales, and guest service. The role helps families have a memorable Santa visit by supporting preparations, daily operations, and resolution of customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos
• help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• and assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
