What you'll do
- Lead Emergency Department clinical and operational activities
- plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
- manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and employee performance
- develop departmental policies and best practices
- lead quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives
- monitor metrics, patient satisfaction, and throughput
- assist with budgets
- coach and develop nursing staff
