What you'll do

• Coordinate nursing care plans with the healthcare team
• document and follow physician orders
• draw ordered labs
• administer and record medications
• monitor and report adverse reactions, errors, incidents, and changes in status
• complete admission, annual, departure, return, and incident assessments
• maintain medical records
• assist habilitation staff with personal care as needed
• assist with transportation for appointments and hospitalizations as needed
• and follow infection-control and privacy requirements.
