Job overview
The Billing Specialist role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $22 per hour. Mindful Support Services provides billing, insurance, marketing, and administrative support to independent mental health providers so they can focus on client care.
What you'll do
- Communicate with clients and providers about insurance questions and financial responsibility
- verify and explain insurance benefits for new clients
- submit daily claims and perform insurance billing and account research
- process and post insurance and client payments
- and collaborate with teammates on department goals and daily billing operations.
