The Engineer III – Systems Engineer (C2) role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with an annual salary range of $95,000–$115,000. Integrity Communications Solutions’ C2 Team supports a Department of Defense satellite communications ground-systems program and mission-critical capabilities. The engineer develops and maintains systems engineering products that support resilient satellite communications ground operations. The role contributes to requirements, architecture, interfaces, integration, and verification while coordinating with software, cyber, and integration teams in an Agile and Model-Based Systems Engineering environment.

What you'll do

• Support development and refinement of C2 system requirements
• maintain engineering artifacts for requirements, interfaces, and architecture
• assist with requirements traceability
• support integration and verification planning
• develop interface definitions and engineering documentation
• contribute to analyses and technical trade studies
• participate in Agile ceremonies, engineering reviews, and technical working groups
• coordinate engineering issue resolution and provide status updates.
