What you'll do

• Provide outpatient mental health services to pediatric clients and families within LMFT scope
• conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress using evidence-based interventions
• create strengths-based care plans supporting social-emotional growth
• collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• provide parent coaching and family therapy
• maintain timely, compliant documentation aligned with insurance and regulatory requirements.
