What you'll do

• Manage client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, pursue projects, monitor budgets, recruit and hire staff, and report on municipal operations.
• Mentor project engineers, participate in business development and marketing, attend professional meetings and conferences, and keep current with civil engineering developments in the North Dakota municipal market.
• Travel and out-of-town stays may be required.
