Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician works onsite at an apartment community in Milaca, MN, for $24 per hour. INH Properties manages multifamily apartment communities across Minnesota and Iowa. The technician responds to maintenance needs and helps keep apartments, common areas, and grounds safe, clean, and ready for residents. The work supports resident service and move-in readiness across the community.

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
• communicate professionally with residents
• perform general maintenance, grounds upkeep, snow removal, janitorial work, common-area cleaning, and interior painting
• help prepare apartments for move-ins
• support positive resident relationships.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are listed requirements. Drywall, painting, carpentry, and light plumbing and electrical knowledge are sought; boiler, HVAC, and chiller knowledge are preferred. On-call work is required as needed.
