The AM Line Cook role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, at 1228 Main. What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items, including eggs and hot-line dishes, to chef specifications and quality standards
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked station
• complete prep work efficiently
• receive and store products as needed
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• collaborate with chefs and cooks to support kitchen flow.
